Fancy a ground job that isn’t a desk job? Tiger Helicopters needs 3 instructors to train our students in our world-class Agusta 109 FNPT2 simulator. So if you’ve done your time in the air, but still want to be hands-on in the aviation industry, then flying our Sim may be just what you need. You’ll be working for Don Macdonald. He has over 16,000 hours of experience and has worked all over the world. And he’s a great boss.

You’ll need to have, or have had, a JAA (IR), and we’d give preference to applicants who also have, or have had, an FI rating. You don’t need to have a medical, or be current, so don’t worry about that. Salary is negotiable but will be in line with market expectations. If you want to work part-time, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your working requirements.

Tiger Helicopters is one of the leading UK helicopter training schools. Some students have no experience; some are already qualified and are here for advanced training. Specialising in government contracts, most of our students go on to be Commercial or (Police) Forces pilots. As well as the Simulator, we have three A109s, two JetRangers and a Twin Squirrel that we use for training the students. Accommodation is available on site for both students and instructors.
