an HOUR's flying! There is NO holding for ATC clearance, and NO
holding for permission to 'enter the zone'. Why is that good? Because
it cuts the cost of your training significantly!

it will take you, on average, 10-20% longer and cost you 10-20% more to
learn to fly in 'controlled' airspace due to the amount of extra time
you will spend 'holding' for permission to lift, or 'holding' for permission
to re-enter the airspace when returning? That's another factor you need
